About the Topic

Lean: Getting rid of waste in processes, time, material or any other form that is non-value adding
Quality Improvement: Building efficiency and effectiveness in the quality of operations

This is a once in every few years event. Healthcare Quality Improvement/Lean departments from around the city, come together to show off their best!  Short individual presentations will showcase the programs and projects employing Lean and Quality Improvement at their institution. They will be sharing tools, techniques and outcomes that will amaze you.  Feel free to come and enjoy one or all the presentations.

Of course breakfast and box lunches and salads will be served and your RSVP is fully appreciated. This year we have an hour long lunch mixer to learn from each other’s organization over lunch.
