About the Topic:

In today’s business world, many employees are tasked with being innovative and creative. Core values and mission statements abound with themes of innovation, excellence and creativity. However big or small, pitching your idea to a listener, especially if they are a decision maker or one with power, can be a daunting task.

Just like in music, delivering an idea needs to create a sensation that just feels and sounds “right.” It should automatically make sense and be “in tune” with the listener. In this session, participants will:

1.          Understand the key reasons why ideas fail

2.         Describe steps to create the  “musical pitch score” for your audience

3.         Learn tips to influence and convince your audience
